Import artifacts from cvs file

Hi,

What is proper way to import a cvs file into DOORS NEXT as a new Artifacts (module).

Here are options I used:
1. select file
2. Choose import options: Create new artifacts for all entries.

The errors I have : 
ID CRRRW7570E  Either the server request to upload the file to the server failed or there was a problem importing the file content.

CRRRS4211E This required column is missing: Artifact Type. The server cannot proceed with the import operation.

Your CSV file does need an Artifact Type column. The simplest way to see what's needed is to EXPORT to CSV a DOORS Next view that includes all the artifact types you wish to import, then use that file's column headings as a template for the data you want to IMPORT.
