Prasanna M R (111) | asked Dec 09 '09, 6:44 a.m.
Hi Team

Here is my details

1. 64 bit Windows 2003 Standard Edition Server
2. Oracle 10G database has been created for RQM2.0
3. RQM2.0 with latest patch.
4. Would like to create a table.
5. Configured the Tnsname.ora file also.
6. When we run repotools -createTables and getting error that " Listener port is not initiated and bla.. Hence im unable to connect to Oracle DB. Where i can logon using the same use and pwd infromation from SQL + CMD.
Issue is : 64 bit OS has not installed with ODBC Driver for 64bit Version. We have to use 32bit ODBC Driver. Hence we have to install 64 bit ODBC Driver? What the really necessary to have 64bit ODBC Driver?
Can some one help me on this issue that would gre8 helpful.
Thank you very much,
Prasanna M R
