How to do Know which Test Cases is Not traced to Req or How to Find the Traceability between the Test Cases and Requirements.

There are some excellent traceability reports that you can use.
Go to the "Requirements" section in "All Reports".
Also note that we've made performance improvements to those reports in RQM 2.0.1.1 iFix02.
