DOORS Classic OSLC links and DWA

 Hi,

Is it possible to create OSLC links between DOORS Classic and other ALM/ELM tools, such as Rhapsody Model Manager (RMM), without using/needing DOORS Web Access?

No. OSLC is a REST API based standard and so you need some sort of web server to serve it.

Thanks for the reply David.

Does said web server need to be DWA (DOORS web acres) though, i.e. could we use something like the Rhapsody pop up command prompt that RPE needs to access Rhapsody??

Kind regards

Calum

No for OSLC it needs to be DWA because the DWA server participates as the OSLC RM Provider and needs to be registered either as a friend of the other apps or directly in the JTS applications list.

The Rhapsody gateway in ELO Pub is not using OSLC - it's a totally different API and is served locally
