Is there any private API's to fetch the information on dependency changeset urls

We need an API(either private or oslc) which can be able to fetch the information's on dependency changesets, so that we can differentiate changes between them. Currently we are making the GET request on the dependency changeset URL but we don't get much information by doing this.
