Hi,
I had done the setup of db2 and WAS with the help of interactive installation guide and it was successful, while doing JTS setup in the setup user registry step i was getting this error "The server is unable to create a new user because the external user registry is read-only.ID CRJAZ0855I"
Kindly answer this query.

Given the information about the step details (or the lack thereof), the only thing I can imagine is that the user registry is set to LDAP and there is still an attempt to create a new user. My understanding is that in this case the user has to exist in LDAP already, and you have to login with that user to complete the setup.
