CRJGC3071E Internal error has occured.

Hi,

While trying to add stream of RM application in Global configuration stream i am getting an error.

CRJGC3071E An internal error has occured java.lang.NullPointerException.
We are using CLM 6.0.6.

It is difficult to help you with the details you have shared.

Have you installed an iFix on the server ?
Do you have all the permissions to add the stream to GC stream ?
Is the issue specific to a project ?
Are you using any APIs ?

Share the error message stack seen in the UI.

You could reach out to IBM Support via a case with the details to help investigate and assist further.

Hi Bharath,

Yes we do have iFix installed on the server.
I have all the required permissions to perform the action.
No issue is not specific to the project

On the error prompt nothing much is mentioned about the error however just to inform you I don't know how it happened but later on I was able to perform the action.
