What does "Unable to udate referenced RMM server ID in Read Only unit" mean?

 When a specific model is opened in Rhapsody 9.0.1 we have recently started getting a message concerning two blocks.  The message repeats itself 3 times for one block.  The message Reads: "Unable to update referenced RMM server ID in Read only unit: Package Title::Package Title::Package Title::Blocks Title::


We have ensured that there are no locks in EWM for the model.  We had each user lock the corresponding Packages and its descendants, save, and deliver. 

The message persist.
