Hello,

I am trying to create a repository workspace for one of my RMM streams.

The server denies it with the following answer:
Unable to obtain license to create a repository workspace: An error response was received from the Jazz Team Server. Status=400.  Message: CRJAZ0977I The "com.ibm.team.jazz.foundation.enterprise-v3" server license policy does not allow the "com.ibm.rmm.scm.server.createPersonalWorkspace" operation.

Eventhough I have installed all 7.0 licenses only (not any previous licenses version) and assigned thus to my user, as seen here:

What could be the reason for still failing?

Kind regards!

As far as I am aware, you can only use the temporary licenses that ship with the download for the Milestone builds. I would not expect the other 7.x licenses to work. I am not totally sure about that though.

In any case, the user you are using to create the repository workspace must have a license that allows EWM SCM operations. That would be for example type Engineering Workflow Management Developer, Build system toolkit or such an RMM license.
