IBM Rhapsody Diagrams is not getting synchronized with Rhapsody Model Manager

Prashanth Manohar Gopi (1512) | asked Jan 22 '20, 1:28 a.m.
I have connected Rhapsody model to Rhapsody model manager using plugin, made some changes to the model, checked in RTC client, change set got created, associated this change set with work item, I am getting the following prompt

Back link from change request to change set could not be created.Click Ok to create the link anyway.

On clicking ok button the workitem got associated and i delivered the changeset.

In Rhapsody IDE i published the diagrams to model manager,
The updated diagram is not getting synchronized with rhapsody model manager

In Rhapsody Model Manager when i try to open the diagram,

"Image is not synchronized with the diagram" message is coming

Rhapsody Version Used- 8.3.1 64Bit
CLM Version Used- 6.0.6

Hi Prashanth,

I understand you have two problems:
1) You should use "Associate Change Request" (instead of "Associate Work Item") to link RMM change set with WI in CCM.

2) Please check that when you use "Navigate => Show in Web" for the diagram in Rhapsody you see the picture in Web. If it doesn't work, please create a defect in https://jazz.net/jazz04/web/projects/Design Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.newWorkItem.

Thanks.

Have you installed any iFix for Rhapsody and RMM?
