Error fetching the permission extensions

While trying to check the permissions on the CCM Admin Page, for "Permissions for Everyone", I get the below error.

it is not clear your RTC version and JVM settings. You may refer to this article and see if the suggestions there would help:


(understand it is for QM workaround but we did see similar error in ccm was resolved by the JVM settings)

My Version is 6.0.5 

Would it be the same changes as the link is for 4.0.6/7.
