Why are users getting read permission failure for a work item attachment ?
Repo just upgraded to 7.0.1 ( not sure from what prior version ). 2 persons cannot open an attachment on work items created since the upgrade even though they are:
- JazzUser
- Member of the Project
- Access Control = Members of Project Hierarchy
- No category restrictions exist
See the following exception message: CRJAZ1316E The user "ryancarp" does not
have permission to read item "_sA-8kEj5EeugKqc8zWKdZA", which has
the "Attachment" item type.
The documentation of that general message says: "Check the project permissions for the user on the Permissions tab for the project area." -- There are no permissions relating to 'read'.
The users have Team Member which has the save attachment permission.
Kinda stumped here.
