Upgrade of RTC Jazz version 5.0.2 to more recent version ?

I am looking for information on procedure to follow tu upgrade my RTC Jazz version (5.0.2) to a more recent version ?
Do you have any website where I can get the information ?
According to what I have read, I would like to migrate to version 7.0.2. Can we migrate in one shot or do we have to migrate first on an intermediate release ?

Looking at this response
- Locate the downloads menu in the top menu of the page and find out the currently supported versions. At the moment it is 7.0.2 SR1.
- Locate the Library menu and select Engineering Lifecycle Management documentation.
- Select the version e.g. 7.0.2
- Browse to Installing, upgrading, and migrating
- Click Interactive Upgrade Guide and create the documentation for your upgrade.
