Hello forum

I am looking for information on procedure to follow tu upgrade my RTC Jazz version (5.0.2) to a more recent version ?
Do you have any website where I can get the information ?

According to what I have read, I would like to migrate to version 7.0.2. Can we migrate in one shot or do we have to migrate first on an intermediate release ?

 Looking at this response

  1. Locate the downloads menu in the top menu of the page and find out the currently supported versions. At the moment it is 7.0.2 SR1.
  2. Locate the Library menu and select Engineering Lifecycle Management documentation.
  3. Select the version e.g. 7.0.2
  4. Browse to Installing, upgrading, and migrating
  5. Click Interactive Upgrade Guide and create the documentation for your upgrade.
