One thought: make sure you select a RRC author license for your admin user before leaving that configuration page

I did it but it hadn't work. So I removed and reinstalled RRC again and after the second try I works now. I don't know why, but actually it doesn't matter.

I have a customer who just hit this as well.

It'd be nice to know exactly why this occurs.

We had problems at this point in the setup....it just hung when you pressed configure.....the solution:make sure any popup blocker in the browser is turned off....otherwise the setup cannot present a login dialog to gather the user verification

Does anyone know if this matters? I rebuilt the index after the fact and it looks like i can see most of the data.  When I tried to rerun the config it just gave me a 'null' error.
