Run a macro within Excel spreadsheet after export via Publishing (RPE)

Is it possible to automatically execute a macro within an exported Excel spreadsheet after export from Publishing, like can be done with Word exports?

I'm needing to do things in the Excel spreadsheet which Publishing cannot natively do but could be easily accomplished by executing a post-export macro.

Running Publishing v7.0.2.

PUB support for MS Excel macro is part of 7.0.3. You can try it using published PUB M6 milestone on jazz.net https://jazz.net/downloads/elo-publishing/milestones/7.0.3M6?p=news.
