You can always find system requirements for a particular version by, for example:
Log in to jazz.net
Open the list of versions by clicking Downlloads->Engineering Lifecycle Management e.g. https://jazz.net/downloads/elm/releases/7.0.2
Click on the Release notes tab
Click on the hyperlink to System Requirements https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/ELMSystemRequirements702
In the first section titled "ELM System Requirements by Platform", click All platforms
Open the pre-requisites tab
Click on databases
As Daniel says, the community edition isn't listed.
