Changing User's Absences for Team leader - not Jazz ADMIN

Hi,

Our team leaders wants to control their team members user absences.
Currently, even project admin (not Jazz ADMIN) cannot do it.
Is there any way to do it without being a Jazz ADMIN?

This same request came up in a discussion the other day. You do need to be Jazz Admin as far as we could tell - but there should be a work item on this. If not - please add go ahead and create one and I will add my vote to this.

There is another alternative I have not checked yet - using the new Project Conductor tool (RPC) to manage not only the plans but also timesheets, etc. I wanted to look at how we can manage availability (scheduled absences/work days/etc) in RPC.

I think this may be the enhancement. It's currently not in plan, so
