RTC: Possible to set constraint on who can approve based on WI type and Role?

Hi,

Is it possible to restrict approvals on work items by type and role?

For example, to close a WI of type "Design Review Action" only a user with "Chief Engineer" role can add the approval?

This would be possible with a custom advisor/pre-condition. I have just recently developed such server extensions for customers.
