Defined Enumerations with icons showing "Undefined" in dashboard widgets

I created an Enumeration that has icons for each of the four choices
I created some fields that use this. I created sample work items that have the fields and I changed some of the values.
When I create a dashboard widget that displays these fields, I get "Undefined" as the icon.
I have done this lots of times before, even on the sandbox, but for some reason, it is not working currently.
Any ideas on why this is happening? (fieldname11 is currently "Completed")

It is also shown in my dashboard page. However after I try to display count in the other function called applicantTotal() , it is undefined.

It is surprising how every entry in this question fails to provide useful information such as version numbers. Just providing iFix03 is worse. How would a forum user know the version you run. iFix03 exists for all versions there ever were, except maybe 7.1 and 7.2.
There have recently been changes requiring authentication to access the icons. In the past this was not the case. There was a compl_aint accusing security breach.......... so this was recently changed. Maybe these changes are involved. This makes the version information even more critical. I would suggest to open a case with support.
