How to resolve "Could not convert socket to TLS" for E-Mail Settings with CLM 6.0.6.1?
Hello,
Frustrating experience as I've been trying to setup the CLM server to be able to send e-mails. I cannot resolve the "Could not convert socket to TLS" error.
I have implemented CLM 6.0.6.1 iFix019 and applied the startup.server.bat changes as indicated here: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/sslhandshakeexception-when-trying-establish-ssl-connection-smtp-server
I have also tried to implement the fixes indicated in the following thread without success: https://jazz.net/forum/questions/265124/clm-6061-and-tls-12-connection-to-back-end-ms-sql-server-2014-not-working
I am running CLM 6.0.6.1 on Windows Server 2016. Any help would be appreciated.
