 Can we give permission to users without assigning any role in RTC public project and users can comment on all work items?


if yes, how it can be implemented.

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER
Open the project area administration
Set Access Control to "Everyone".
Allow the Everyone role to perform the work item operations you want to allow.
Save.
