I doubt there is sufficient information in your post for anyone on the ETM team to answer this. I recommend that you submit a support case and support will follow up with you to get information needed to diagnose.

Ok let me just write steps to reproduce :
-> Navigate to Quality Management under ALM
-> Navigate to View Trash
-> From option view as select Category from Dropdown Menu
-> Now you will see list of deleted Category values
-> Try to restore any one value
This error will pop up "Too many ICategoryType matches(10). Expected ONE match."
