Test Plan, Team members are configured for teams but the Test Plan reports "Owner does not belong to Team Area"; is this possible to resolve?

In Manage Project Properties - Teams are enabled
Currently using 7.0.2 iFix 016, first reported on 7.0.1 iFix 004

Within QM areas we structure with teams and sub-teams, like this:

QM Area
Team Blue
Team Blue System Integration
Team Blue Automation
Team Blue Performance
Team Green
Team Green System Integration
Team Green Accessibility
Team Green Data Migration
Team Purple
Team Purple System Integration
Team Purple Automation
Team Purple Accessibility
Team Purple Regression

Some QM areas have categories set up in administration (allowing us to restrict access to specific teams when needed, similar to CCM configuration).

Regardless of whether area categories are in place or not, we experience the issue (seemingly randomly).

When Test Plans are created and assigned to a sub-team some of them report an informational error:

Owner does not belong to Team Area

It's not on every test plan. Some Test Plans report no issue with the assigned owner down to this sub-team level.

Is there more we can configure to alleviate this information error (that... of course, upsets QA staff)? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I've read through RTC/CCM/EWM reports like:
