Linking baseline with stream in GC enabled project

 HI Team,


I am working on linking baselines with Streams in GC enabled project . We are using DNG 6.0.6.1.
Can you please guide me on how it should work?

 I am not sure if this question makes sense. There is no linking. A stream in GC can have a baseline. A stream in GC can have a baseline for a component stream/configuration.

 Hi,


I will brief it more:
We are using DNG 6.0.6.1. GC is enabled there. We have one stream with one component. On that component , baselines are created. There are multiple streams are there, So the question is like, can we link Baseline of one component from one stream to another created stream or vise versa.

Please describe specifically what you want to create these links between; do you want to link to/from artifacts? What are you trying to represent by doing this? It's most likely you should put your separate streams in separate components, and make one stream per component contribute to a common global configuration, because then you can link an artifact in one stream to an artifact in another stream.

 In order to combine streams/baselines from different components, you would create a global stream, and in the GC application, add those streams/baselines as "contributions" of that global stream.   Note that you should not add two streams/baselines of the same component as contributions of a given global stream (that is "component skew" ... you will be given a warning message if you do that).
