I am not aware of any means of doing so in terms of disk space used. You could create a report in Report Builder to count the number of requirements by project area.

A reminder that ELM 6.0.6.1 went end of service end of September 2022.

There aren't any tools I'm aware of to report on repository size by project area in any ELM application. The best you can do is to count the number of artifacts of interest in each project area. Report Builder makes it easy to do that. That will only tell you number of requirements by project area, but that might be sufficient to get an overview of how much data there is. You won't be able to determine size as such.
