I want to get admin rights on Jazz.net sandbox server

Hello,

I have logged into Jazz.net and i dont have any active project areas.
i tried to create one and encountered permission error.

can someone help me, how to get admin rights on https://jazz.net/sandbox01-ccm

i want to create new Project areas and configure workflows and requirements.

Ralph's answer is correct. It is not possible to grant users admin access (i.e JazzAdmins role) on our cloud trials.

You can create an LPA project on one of our cloud trial environments by starting here: https://jazz.net/products/sandbox/ After the project creation process is complete you will be provided links to the created projects.

As far as I am aware users are not granted admin rights for the Jazz.net sandbox. You can use it as it is.
