JRS Report on RTC data for specific period in the past

Hello,

I want to create a JRS(Warehouse/LQE) report on RTC work items to fetch the iteration & status information for 1 week in the past.

Example i want to see what was the plannedfor,Status, owner, of Epics of a project on August 13th 2020.

is it possible? if yes, How?
