[closed] Internet explorer 7, RTC Web UI

In our organization, Internet explorer 7 is offical web browser.
RTC web client on IE 7 runs stable but slow, on the other hand on FireFox runs fast.

Is there any recomomendation for configuration of IE 7, to make RTC web client run faster?
