How do I configure multiple CQ bridges within RQM?

I have heard that it is possible to configure multiple CQ Bridges with RQM. Each project in RQM can have it's own CQ Bridge. How do I configure this? Or, is it possible to configure more than one CQ Bridge for an RQM project?
