Unable to search users in RTC project area based on role

We have upgraded CLM from V6.0.3 to V6.0.6.1 last month. We were able to filter or search users/members of RTC project area based on role or name in V6.0.3 but after the upgrade to V6.0.6.1 we are unable to search users based on roles assigned for respective project area. We would like to know if is there a way to search the members using the role in project area. To have a report for users and roles we used "Generate runtime report" using eclipse client, but that is not completing our request from SCM.
