Customizing work item

I'm using RTC server 2.0.0.1 and .net client Trail version.
I'm trying to add new field in the work item.
I search and found that I need to enter the "work item editor" but I can not find it anywhere.
where can I found this editor? (in the .net client or in the web editor)

Work Item customization (the configuration) is only possible in the RTC Eclipse Client. When connected to the project area, you can open the Project Area from the Team Artifacts view (right click on project area -> Open). The work item configuration is on the Process Configuration tab in the Project Configuration->Configuration Data section.
