Duplicate emails from RTC
My team noticed duplicate emails in RTC 3.0.1.1. This appears to be a bug, but if it is expected behavior, it is not good.
Basically, when I am a subscriber of a work item, AND someone adds a "directed" comment (@me), I get 2 emails. One with the usual formatting, and another one with the same information with the "You were mentioned" subject.
It would be good to look into folding those into one email.
