Available actions for an archived project area
Hello,
using RTC 1.0 on Win XP.
Archived some test project.
Found that some actions
were enabled, and could even be run (ex: create a new stream in an
archived project),
others could be executed until some errors are displayed (create a new
development line),
some others would open a wizard for which the Finish button is never
enabled - the New Iteration Plan wizard - and there is nothing to tell
user what's going wrong).
Available actions in the pull-down / pop-up menus should take object's
state into account:
- gray-out irrelevant entries,
- do not open wizard we know won't complete
- do not enable to modify the content in an editor when we know we won't
be able to save our changes
I guess there is already a work item for this, but did not find it.
Thanks.
Eric.

Hi Eric
I would propose that you file work items for these issues if you are not
able to find existing ones after a cursory search.
It is better to have a duplicate than for an issue to be missed.
Thank you

Thanks Darin.
(I agree - I hesitated on this one between the forum and the work item)
Corresponding work item was opened:
https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz%20Project#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=61558
Thanks.
Eric.
