Usually 'ADMIN' is the default user that is available when you first deploy ELM. When running the /setup wizard, it requests that you create a different user that is given ADMIN rights, after which it disables the 'ADMIN' user (so what you are seeing might be expected). See if you can login with a different [admin] user.
