Link Feature to specific version of requirement artifact
How can I link a specific version of an RM artifact like a scenario scene to a CCM Feature? For example, I want to link my feature to an older version of the scene, a revision from last week on May 30th. In order to link between a version of a requirement and a work item in CCM, you need to have Global Configuration Management established with the project areas. You also have to be a member with appropriate access in both project areas. See: Cross-project links to versioned artifacts after enabling configuration management

Do you have Global Configuration installed and configured?
It is installed but says I am not a member of any projects, so I am not sure if it is configured. I have submitted a question to my support team to ask if it is configured.
