ERM/DOORS 6.0.6 - ChangeSet delivery - Conflicts - Rejected changes recorded?

When delivering a Change Set and there are conflicts, there is an option per artifact per attribute changed to Rejected or Accept the change to that attribute.

If Accepted then the change will be applied and will be visible in history but what happens to Rejected changes to an artifact attribute? Are these recorded somewhere?

My assumption would be, that you can compare the configuration with the change set and the configuration you just created accepting and rejecting and see the differences. My assumption is that the changes you rejected are still in the change set and should provide the difference. I would assume that you should also be able to retry a deliver.
