RDNG does not convert Heading after 6 when imported from word document

 I am importing a word document into RDNG module. After Heading 6 it takes it as an information and does not convert it to a heading as existing in word document. Am i suppose to change anything in settings. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!

Hi Vishakha,

If it is only having issues after heading 6 then it is likely a formatting anomaly in your Word Doc

Try breaking the Word doc into 2 parts before importing

Section 1-5
Section 6 Onwards

Import them separately and then join the modules together.if the import is successful.

Or try 3 parts

Section 1-5
Section 6
Section 7 Onwards

You are basically trying isolate the formatting problem in the Word Doc.

 I checked the Paragraph formatting and looks like it only goes to Heading 6.  I think that might be the problem.
