If I do an export followed by an import of the same DNG artifact the whitespace formatting is gone. It's useless this way. Can the formatting be preserved?

Hi Peter

I think this is a known defect, affecting AFAICT CSV and the XLS/SLSX formats, which should be resolved in 7.0 - https://jazz.net/jazz03/web/projects/Requirements%20Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=117431

Hi Peter,

Have you tried using XLS or XLSX as the spreadsheet file format instead of CSV?

CSV is a very simple text file format.

XLS/XLSX is richtext capable and is more likely to deal successfully with whitespace and carriage returns

Just tried it without any success. XLS and XLSX have the same behavior as CSV.
