Is it possible to import the CSV file generated from DOORS with attribute data to DNG?

If yes, what all changes need to be done for column heading in CSV before importing to DNG.

The most common method to exchange data between Doors and DNG would be using ReqIf.
DNG also supports importing/updating existing artifacts using CSV, but you have to make sure that the attribute names are matching the attributes for the specific artifact types in DNG.

Easiest way to make sure you are using the correct attribute names is probably to export 1 or more artifacts from DNG of the relevant artifact types with the relevant attributes to CSV. Then you can uses this as an example on what the column headings in your CSV file should look like.
Note: You cannot update system attributes like 'Modified By' and 'Modified On'.
