Unable to register ccm aplication during setup process

Walid Kabbani (111) | asked Feb 08 '20, 11:11 a.m.
I am trying to install CLM applications Version 6.0.6.1 on RHEL Server 7.7 maipo, WAS 9.0.0.11, JSDK 8, DB2 11.1, having error message at application registry step with qm and ccm.
Message returned is:
An error occurred while attempting to add the new application to the server.ID CRJAZ1664E

Request to service https://tecspain126.mad.es.ibm.com:9443/ccm/service/com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.setup.IRegistrationHandlerService failed with status code 500 and response body: Error 500: Required service (IInternalOAuthConsumerRegistrationService) not available Caused by: Required service (IInternalOAuthConsumerRegistrationService) not available

Any help, please. Thanks

Hi, Walid

jts.log or WAS systemout.log may have more info regarding this issue.
I have seen the similar issue was resolved by
1) undeployed qm.war and ccm.war, stopped server, cleaned WAS cache
Restarted, redployed qm.war and ccm.war
2) or clear WAS JVM and class cache may help:

Thanks Don Yang, I did this solution but it wasn't the solution for this case. Finaly, the solution was applying latest patches of RTC anf JSDK.
