How do I register RELM after installing CLM 5.0.2?

I just installed Rational CLM 5.0.2. I set up the JKS sample project and when I went to set up the RELM basic sample project I was told I needed register Rational RELM? So, what do I need to do now?

You need to do it similar to register CLM applications through JTS/set up, see the details as below:
