Does RTC support Notes address format?
Our company is using Notes, and not everyone has internet mail. Therefore, I tried to maintain team members' mail in RTC with Notes address which looks like "Chuan C.C. Pan/CEN/COMPANY", but when I right click on Team Organization View-> Send Mail, I always get the rest error message. RTC doesn't seem to support Notes address format, does it?

No it doesn't. But from my understanding, every Notes email has an equivalent standard internet e-mail address as well.
