compare tool issues with RTC 5.0.2

Hello

I have a particular situation when a file (encrypted) is modified and RTC can't detect changes made to the file.

The file was modified (I can see it on the properties in windows explorer, for example) but it seems that RTC assumes it's the same file and it won't let me to deliver a new change set.

Any way to avoid this? I already tried with a external tool.

RTC is 5.0.2

In our case, this was disabled and found from IBM support that we need "msvcr71.dll"
