How do I configure the Task owner field in RTC so that the assigned owner is notified when assigned?

 I am not being notified when a task is assigned to me.

One thing I would check is your E-mail settings.   In the WebUI, choose View My Profile and Licenses from the pulldown where your name appears ( upper right corner ).   Click on Mail Configuration on the left.  There are 4 columns:  Creator / Owner / Modifier / Subscriber and one row labeled Owner changed.

 Thanks.  I had seen that, but not realized it needed to be configured.  It worked.

This needs to an out of the box set up that a person assigned a task as owner should get notified.  I will submit a request to make it in RTC.
