Mailing lists in RTC

Hi,

Is there support for mailing lists in RTC? like subgroups of developers such that we can save the emails for further consultations

To rephrase the question:

I am looking at a way to have some emails go to more than one person within RTC and to organize mailing list. Is that possible? Also can we then consult the mailing lists afterward?

More generally, what is the experience of people using RTC in documenting decisions and improving traceability within RTC?

Any pointers would be welcome.

Thanks,

Christelle

Hi Christelle

Looking at the work items here on jazz.net - the product dev teams use the work items to capture a lot of the info that might otherwise be part of mailing list. You can monitor these work items, subscribe, etc. This gets stored in the repository too.

Would that work for you?

Hi Anthony
That sounds logical in fact. Using RTC is like a paradigm shift!
Thanks
