Visibilty and Owned by permission of Stream Not working

Hello Team,

There is scenario where Owned by and Visibility of Stream and Comp's is Set to A Team Area,where in B is the Child Team Area of A.
Even though the visibility and owned by is restricted to A Team ,Team Member's from B team are Able to see the Stream and Comp's .

Anything wrong happening?

When it comes to stream Visibility and Ownership has been restricted to A Team, and for the Comp's "Restrict to members of this team and its child team areas" is Unchecked.
