 Hello Team,

We are trying to integrate IBM support assistant with Rational team concert 6.0.5.Both the products installed successfully but while integrating the support assistance with rational team concert we are getting below mentioned error.

HTTP ERROR: 500
Problem accessing /help/index.jsp. Reason:
PWC6033: Error in Javac compilation for JSP PWC6199: Generated servlet error: The type java.io.ObjectInputStream cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from required .class files

Also it is showing Non IBM Java version has been detected running the health center client.

Kindly help on the aforementioned issue.

Thanks in Advance!!

Hi Sonal,

Have you checked your Java version and also your Eclipse version?

It looks like the same issue as this one https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/3431559.

Also, I'm not sure, but I remember I read somewhere that ISA is not being supported anymore, may be it's a defect but who knows if it would be fixed.

Regards!
