Personal Dashboard vanished

Hi,

As I am new to RTC, I was trying to modify the dashboard. I was doing something on my dashboard, but suddenly I lost my personal dashboard completely. I can't recover it. Could anyone help me?

- what is your RTC version and ifix level?

-what do you mean "you lost personal dashboard"? if you go to https://youserver:port/jts/web , you see nothing or you got error?

-you can delete personal dashboard, did you happen to delete it or not? are you able to create a new personal dashboard?
