Hi All,

We are getting below error message.

The simple way to try is close down RTC client, and manually remove the file mentioned in the error message. If the same error keeps appearing again and again, try with a different sandbox. If it still fails, open a ticket with Support.

After deleting the file manually, getting the below error.
