How to get all the TCERs associated to a particular test plan?

To get all the TCERs associated with a test plan Using OSLC / REST Api.
The TestPlans aren't directly linked to TCERs and TCERs may or may not contain reportsOnTestPlan tag
So how do I retreive all the TCERs related to a particular Test Plan?

 I don't think you can if the TCER reportsOnTestPlan property is not set. The reason is that the TCER is directly or indirectly linked to a TestCase. But the same TestCase could be used in more than one TestPlan.
